(They also have let me be derelict of payment for far longer than any other insurance company .. looking at you Allstate [Allstate is fine they of course have that right and they served me stupendously as well in New Jersey, for real])

I guess I just want to take a second to shout out the good work Jennifer has done the past few business days though. Was helpful to my mom who commandeered my situation, and patient as I called back multiple times asking to have the situation explained to me again. If you need insurance check this office out, I do say. I highly recommend.

Because also, Lyndsey was very helpful and I feel did more than was required just earlier today. I had called and left a voicemail less than 10 minutes before close of office (on Friday) (as I am wont to do). Didn’t expect a call back.

But then 30 minutes after office closing for the weekend I received a call back from State Farm! With Lyndsey on the other end. She checked on things for me and is going to contact billing and have them call me back on Monday. Very good! I think that’s awesome and I say hurray. Seriously, it means a lot to be friendly and attentive and working late. Well, it should.
